Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any products where the original packaging has been removed or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
